The role is located in multiplelocations across FL including (Stuart FL Palm City FL and Port StLucie FL). The Therapist will provide evaluation treatment anddocumentation of patients with physical cognitive and / ordevelopmental disabilities.
They will collaborate withinterdisciplinary teams to create individualized treatment plansand assist patients in achieving functionalgoals.
