Job Title

Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable / receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning. Ensure compliance with AIA construction contract requirements and reporting. Administer payroll and ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws. Monitor and enforce OSHA safety standards and reporting requirements. Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory agencies. Implement and maintain internal controls and financial policies. Support leadership with financial insights to guide business decisions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred). Minimum of 8 years of accounting / finance experience, preferably in construction or manufacturing. Strong knowledge of AIA billing, payroll processing, and OSHA compliance. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, or similar). Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
