Highlights

Community Health Network is seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Certified Nurse Midwife to provide weekday OB Triage services at Community Hospital North, located on the north side of Indianapolis, IN. Experience as a provider in Ob / Gyn clinic and / or Labor & Delivery setting(s) is strongly preferred.

• 0.9 FTE opportunity, 24-hour shifts
• Rotating weekend and holiday requirements
• High volume, high acuity setting with opportunity to practice autonomously. In-house physician back-up available.
• Electronic Medical Record - EPIC
