Executive Assistant to CEO (Hybrid | Ecommerce Startup Role)

We're a fast-growing e-commerce startup seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to work directly with our Founder & CEO. This is a hybrid role based out of our Rochester, MI office, offering a unique opportunity to be part of a lean, fast-moving team that operates globally.

About the Role :

You'll be the CEO's right hand—managing a wide range of administrative, operational, and strategic support tasks. You'll help the founder stay focused on growth by taking ownership of scheduling, internal communications, project follow-ups, and team coordination. The majority of our team is remote and based in Pakistan, India, and the Philippines, so comfort working with global teams is essential.

Responsibilities :

• Manage the CEO's calendar and prioritize meetings across time zones
• Coordinate with remote teams to ensure follow-ups and progress on key initiatives
• Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and track action items
• Assist with hiring tasks, onboarding, and internal team communications
• Handle occasional personal tasks that support executive efficiency
• Anticipate needs and solve problems proactively
• Be a trusted, discreet, and dependable support partner
