CRM team.
In this pivotal role, you’ll bring our global CRM vision to life at the regional level, owning and elevating our US customer journey.
You will design and execute strategies that delight and engage clients across every touchpoint, driving customer engagement, retention, and revenue.
You will own the US CRM roadmap, from automated journeys and campaign orchestration to testing and optimization, ensuring that every touchpoint delivers measurable value.
You will be a pivotal member of the US Digital Team, reporting to the Director of E-Commerce and managing our existing Associate Manager, Customer Journey. Essential Responsibilities Responsibilities Strategize & Lead :
- Shape and execute US CRM strategies that align with our global vision, driving acquisition, retention, and long-term loyalty.
Analyze & Activate :
Transform customer data and behaviors into meaningful insights and turn those insights into targeted campaigns and high-impact lifecycle strategies that deliver measurable improvements in engagement, retention, and revenue Partner Cross-Functionally : Orchestrate the CRM marketing calendar in partnership with E-Commerce, Marketing, Media, and other brand teams, ensuring integrated, cohesive messaging that leverages the power of the our community to drive revenue.Measure & Share :
Regularly analyze campaign performance and track KPIs to identify new opportunities and deliver insights that guide strategy – sharing results directly with executive leadership.Empower the Team :
Be the go-to contact for all local CRM initiatives to deliver a seamless, elevated customer journey.Support and develop the existing team members.Own the Briefing Process :
Create detailed campaign briefs that outline requirements, deliverables, and metrics for success.Partner closely with the Creative and Marketing teams to review and approve assets that align with campaign goals and brand standards.Collaborate Globally :
Partner with our Global CRM team to adapt and execute brand strategy while ensuring consistent communication and alignment.Other duties as assigned.Sustainability Responsibility Ensure all duties carried out and actions completed in every aspect of your role, contribute to the short and long-term Sustainability Goals set-forth by the ELEMIS - Climate, Biodiversity & People Pillars Qualifications & Characteristics Bachelor’s Degree or Higher 5-6+ years in CRM with background in Beauty or Luxury space preferred Hands-on experience building and executing multi-channel campaigns across email and SMS.Knowledge of emerging lifecycle marketing trends and technologies.Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CDP / CRM platforms (Bloomreach CDP, Attentive a plus).Strong collaborative skills including leadership, ability to set vision and strategy across a variety of functions, ability to inspire and motivate cross functional partners and key stakeholders.Skilled at analyzing data in real-time, drawing insights and adjusting strategies to optimize campaign performance.Experience partnering with data analysts to build effective reports and dashboards that enable data-driven iteration.Ability to balance client experience, business needs, and resources to ensure correct prioritization of cross-functional work.Highly agile and able to execute while dealing with ambiguity.Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills; can effectively present ideas, findings, and campaign results to key stakeholders.Strong understanding of consumer mindset / consumer orientation.Proactive, flexible, and hard working.
