This is a remote position.
Our client is seeking a highly experienced Director of Sales with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building lasting relationships in the dietary supplements industry. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales leader with a strong network of decision-makers across supplement brands as this role is critical to scaling the business and requires both strategic oversight and hands-on execution.
Responsibilities :
Sales Leadership : Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets across domestic and international markets.
Industry Relationships : Leverage longstanding connections with dietary supplement brands to accelerate growth.
Business Development : Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts.
Strategic Partnerships : Negotiate high-value contracts, licensing, and distribution agreements with key industry players.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with operations and product development teams to ensure alignment and execution of company objectives.
Qualifications :
MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred.
Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven Experience : 8+ years in progressive sales leadership roles within the dietary supplement, nutraceutical, or health & wellness industry.
Established Network : Demonstrated history of strong, long-term relationships with key supplement brands and industry stakeholders.
Track Record of Success : Consistently delivered or exceeded multimillion-dollar sales quotas and business growth objectives.
Negotiation Expertise : Skilled in structuring and closing complex deals with major accounts.
Leadership Skills : Ability to lead and motivate sales teams to achieve high performance.
Industry Knowledge : Deep understanding of the dietary supplements landscape, including regulatory considerations, distribution models, and competitive dynamics.
