Your Mission : Build the Future of Records Management

We’re building a future where officers can focus less on paperwork and more on the people they serve. As part of that mission, Axon Records is redefining how law enforcement agencies capture, manage, and act on digital information.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager II to lead the next phase of innovation in Axon Records. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role focused on solving meaningful problems at scale.

This role is ideal for a product leader with a strong background in enterprise SaaS, who can operate at both strategic and executional levels. You’ll define the long-term roadmap, collaborate with engineering, design, and customer stakeholders, and deliver solutions that directly impact real-world policing.

What You’ll Do

Location :   Hybrid from Scottsdale, AZ or Seattle, WA or Boston, MA or Atlanta, GA

• Drive the long-term strategy, roadmap, and delivery for core records management features — including investigative workflows, documentation tools, permissions, and reporting.
• Partner with engineers, designers, and customer-facing teams to build powerful, intuitive products that help officers focus on the job — not the software.
• Ground your decisions in deep user understanding, field feedback, and data. Connect day-to-day execution to our broader mission.
• Operate with autonomy while bringing clarity and alignment across teams — from frontline users to executive stakeholders.
• Define what success looks like — and make it real. Own the metrics, the outcomes, and the story.

The Pay : Axon is a total compensation company, meaning compensation is made up of base pay, bonus, and stock awards. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 131,250 in the lowest geographic market and USD 192,500 in the highest geographic market. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as : level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
