Welcome to Bosch.*Job Description Design Heat Pump assemblies, sheet metal, copper pipe routing in CAD environment* Product design based on customer requirements and current or future regulations* Support new product development or sustaining engineering departments with CAD design tasks, order samples and coordinate samples-built* Proactively identify and address product design issues that adversely affect production or product operation* Establish validation Test Plans for tolerance definition, transport or packaging* Able to understands the regulations and transfer the understanding to preventive actions on drawings and / or engineering documents* Adhere to Safety & Security Protocols* Join and contribute product FMEA as a team member* Understand and build modular BoMs*Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in CAD, design, or engineering* 1+ years of design experience from school, internship or professional work* 1+ years of CAD experience (i.

e. NX, Pro-E, AutoCAD or other packages) from school, internshipor professional wor*Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering* Understanding of engineering design fundamentals* Excellent oral and written communication skills* Strong interpersonal skills* Observe sample built and write reports to document results and trigger follow up* Knowledge and / or experience with FEA and / or CFD Analysis Tools* Develop detail and assembly drawings for products and equipment* Proficient with hands on skills (cutting, forming, fabricating, brazing, welding)* Proficient in Microsoft Office tools* Ability to perform mechanical design calculations* FMEA (Failure Mode & Effects Analysis)* Data Analysis (Excel, Power BI, programming languages, etc.
