The Avalon of New Albany is recruiting for a Scheduler for our Clinical Department. Now Hiring for a full time Scheduler who enjoys a fast paced and challenging work environment Seeking detail -oriented individual with excellent customer service, problem-solving and telephone skills.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of the Scheduler :

• Primary responsibilities are to coordinate schedules of company employees to meet Staffing needs.
• Ability to professionally handle incoming phone calls, emails, and text messages .
• Document, review and update client care scheduling data .

Here are a few of the Qualifications we need you to have :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong Verbal and written communications skills.
• Candidates require good- time management and multi tasking skills
• Ability to demonstrate basic computer skills.
