A leading mechanical engineering contractor is looking for a Country Manager to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate possesses experience in tank construction and technical product sales.
Communicating effectively, the new member will drive aggressive growth & profitability by developing effective business development strategies in accordance with company procedures and customer requirements .
Salary + Additional Benefits :
- $100,000-$120,000 + Bonus

Location : Houston, TX
Type of Position : Direct Hire
Responsibilities :
- Acquire new, maintain, and expand existing customers.
- Create quotations and scope descriptions.
- Gather information from customers to convert to conclusive proposals.
- Responsible for administrative processing of sales activities.
- Provide input for commercial objectives.
- Transfer project awards to project management.
- Monitor and evaluate projects to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct internal and external evaluations on completed assignments.
- Represent the organization at trade shows, events, and social media.
- Report on progress against KPIs and commercial objectives.
- Follow safety regulations, prevent workplace accidents, and actively participate in department safety initiatives.
- Perform own work in accordance with company procedures and in accordance with customer requirements.
Requirements :
- A completed college education, preferably in a commercial field
- 5+ years of experience selling a technical product
- Good command of English, both oral and written; Spanish is an advantage
- The CSM works from home, Houston or in the New Iberia office and travels regularly to clients both nationally and internationally
