Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager – Multifamily Construction

📍 Work Locations : Indiana | Denver, Colorado | Franklin, TN | Scottsdale, AZ

✈️ Travel : ~2x per month to project sites in SC, NC, GA, FL, TN, TX, AR

Open Roles

We’re hiring both, Project Managers (PMs) and Assistant Project Managers (APMs) to support our expanding portfolio.

Project Managers will lead all aspects of project delivery — budget, scheduling, subcontractor management, and client relations.

Assistant PMs will support the PMs in day-to-day coordination, documentation, and project execution, with clear pathways for advancement.

What You’ll Do

• Manage or assist in the delivery of multifamily construction projects from start to finish
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance
• Conduct regular job site visits (approx. 2x / month)
• Coordinate closely with field teams, engineers, and owners
• Maintain strong documentation and communication across all stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

✅ Minimum 5 years of multifamily construction experience

✅ Excellent organizational and communication skills

✅ Proficiency in project management / construction software

✅ Willingness to travel (2x per month)

✅ Self-starter attitude and a commitment to quality

Compensation & Perks

💰 PM Salary : $130K–$160K (based on experience)

💼 APM : 100- 125K, commensurate with experience

🌴 4 Weeks PTO

🍽️ Per Diem provided during travel
