Work Locations : Indiana | Denver, Colorado | Franklin, TN | Scottsdale, AZ

Travel : ~2x per month to project sites in SC, NC, GA, FL, TN, TX, AR

Open Roles

We're hiring both, Project Managers (PMs) and Assistant Project Managers (APMs) to support our expanding portfolio.

Project Managers will lead all aspects of project delivery — budget, scheduling, subcontractor management, and client relations.

Assistant PMs will support the PMs in day-to-day coordination, documentation, and project execution, with clear pathways for advancement.

What You'll Do

• Manage or assist in the delivery of multifamily construction projects from start to finish
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance
• Conduct regular job site visits (approx. 2x / month)
• Coordinate closely with field teams, engineers, and owners
• Maintain strong documentation and communication across all stakeholders

What We're Looking For

Compensation & Perks

PM Salary : $130K–$160K (based on experience)

APM : 100- 125K, commensurate with experience

4 Weeks PTO

Per Diem provided during travel
