Senior Program Manager

Insight Global is seeking a senior Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional IT initiatives within the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO). Projects include data migrations, platform transitions, API integrations, and vendor implementations. This full-time hire will be supporting our client that delivers innovative pharmacy solutions, specializing in 340B Third Party Administration (TPA) and Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM). Their mission is to improve patient care and medication access through optimized pharmacy programs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead large-scale IT programs from initiation to deployment.
• Coordinate across technical, product, engineering, QA, and business teams.
• Develop and maintain program documentation (charters, WBS, RAID logs, dashboards).
• Act as implementation lead for Covered Entity clients.
• Facilitate discovery, requirements gathering, and change management.
• Ensure alignment with business goals and regulatory standards.
• Communicate program status and risks to executive stakeholders.
• Promote EPMO standards and mentor project managers.
