Overview :
Float is a multidisciplinary, full-service interior design studio that creates spaces, products, and interior identities for workplaces, hospitality, retail, residential and commercial environments.
Vastly experienced, highly collaborative, and open-minded, our studio builds relationships with clients through in-depth discovery and considered design direction.
Responsibilities :
Coordinate with the design team on the development of construction documents.
Provide program and code research, fit test development, and set up construction documents for development in close coordination with the senior architect.
Generate DSK's
Manage submittal logs, field RFI's and assist in construction administration for projects
Set up project files and ongoing organization
Coordinate construction documents with FF&E specifications provided by the design team.
Qualifications : BArch or M.Arch
1-4 years of relevant experience
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Revit, BIM, CAD (Autocad or Vectorworks)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of standard office software (i.e. Google Suite, Zoom, Slack)
