One of our clients is making big strides in the BAS space with their cloud platform that connects all building systems into one intelligent platform. The software leverages AI, predictive analytics, and IoT devices to multiply the capabilities of traditional building automation systems; it's data-driven, software focused, and primed for future growth. We're looking for a Controls Engineer to play an important role in the customization of building performance for each client, and grow their career through innovation!

What You Will Do :

Be a part of cutting edge tech that is driving the future of the industry- work with a cloud-based building intelligence platform that connects HVAC, lighting, energy, and other systems into one unified view

Use your skills in a fresh way without leaving the BAS world - work on data normalization and data models of HVAC equipment to customize the heating / cooling structure for clients

Analyze HVAC sequence of operations and controls data to make recommendations for relevant diagnostics for buildings

What we are looking for :

• 5-10+ years in the HVAC Controls / Building Automation industry
• Integration expertise with Niagara highly valued as well as proprietary systems (i.e. Distech, Johnson Controls, Honeywell, etc.)
• Complex facility experience highly valued - (i.e. hospitals, data centers, universities, etc.)
• BACnet, MODbus and / or Lonworks experience
• Polished professional - someone that loves the technology and works to hone their craft.
• Motivated team player - ambitious, entrepreneurial spirit encouraged
• Strong IoT and computer technology skills including Networking, Database, Security, and Microsoft platform experience.
• Bachelor's / Associate's degree or equivalent work experience . Looking for a well-trained specialist.
