We are Hiring an HVAC Service & Maintenance Technician to join our team! This position will perform routine maintenance and on-demand service call for residential homeowners. We also provide training and growth opportunities to work on commercial equipment.

Job Title : HVAC Service & Maintenance Technician
Pay Rate : $30.00 to $35.00 per hour + Spiffs
Work hours : Monday through Friday, 7 : 30am to 5 : 00pm with overtime as needed

Annual maintenance and clean & checks on residential and light commercial HVAC equipmentDispatched to on-demand service calls to residential customers.Educating customers on indoor air quality accessoriesConsulting with customer on repairsCompleting all work orders in Service Factor as calls are completedQualifications / Skills :
2 + years' HVAC experienceAnnual maintenance experience requiredValid driver's license with insurable driving recordUniversal EPA CertificationLow Voltage license desiredFamiliar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniquesAble to talk with customers concerning repair and replace decisionsImpeccable customer service skillsWillingness to attended training classes and seminar including NATE CertificationsExceptional safety knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundingsHigh school diploma or its equivalentCertification in HVAC from a Trade School desired
