a Warranty Administrator

at our manufacturing facility located in

Elkhart, Indiana.

• Essential Duties / Responsibilities :
• ​Answers phone calls related to warranty claims, product information, serial tag information and distributor locations.
• Validates information from submitted webform to assign warranty claims.
• Evaluates relevant information from customers to accurately adjudicate warranty claims.
• Enters, organizes, and maintains data information for all warranty related issues.
• Assists in gathering warranty database information for Quality or Engineering purposes.
• Submits warranty invoices for payment on warranty claims.
• Performs other tasks or duties as assigned.
• Qualifications & Experience :
• High School diploma or equivalent studies.
• 1-3 Years Experience in an office or call center environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word
