A reasonable estimate of the current range is $95,000 - $158,000 + bonus + benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience and relevant education or training. At Novolex, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

This position is eligible for an annual incentive bonus, 401(k) plan with no waiting period and dollar for dollar match up to 6% and immediate vesting, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending and health savings accounts, paid time off, paid parental leave, up to nine paid Holidays and two floating Holidays, wellness program, tuition reimbursement and family care benefits.

Responsibilities

The Technical Service Representative provides technical service and support for the Company's beverage carton customers. This includes but is not limited to; daily customer visits, carton and machines inspections, training customers on both carton and machine, and general advising / assistance on all offers.

Conducts / controls service activities as assigned to ensure timely customer support while meeting the goals and objectives for productivity and utilization.

Essential Duties :

• Communicates well with customers, management, and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provides learning experiences for both customer and Company plant personnel on machine operation and / or carton performance.
• Learns and grows skill sets and competencies to achieve both business and personal development objectives.
• Meets corporate business and team objectives for antitrust compliance, business information protection, EEO, safety, quality, ethical behavior and learning.
• Performs the job safely within an environment, which the technician does not control.
