What you will be doing :
- Provide leadership to the Sales team, counseling them and breaking down sales barriers and challenges by leveraging our services.
- Facilitate continuous improvement of the Sales team through teaching, coaching, and mentoring activities.
- Work with the Sales team to keep everyone focused on the most impactful activities on a daily / weekly basis.
- Drive focus, efficiency, and productivity in sales cycles.
- Create a data-driven culture that shows the value of intellectual agility and ambition to create sales results.
- Motivate the right behaviors and work with the Services team to creatively and appropriately position our capabilities for success.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Executive teams to design and develop targeted marketing campaigns that the Sales team can execute effectively.
Experience you will need :
10+ years of combined direct and indirect sales, development, and / or services delivery team management experience in the technology industry required.A proven track record as a sales leader including pipeline management, forecasting, account management, and compensation management.Experience building high-performing teams including recruitment, onboarding and training.Passion for technology and creativity to solve customer problems by delivering world-class software and consulting solutions.Bachelor’s Degree, MBA preferred.Proven ability to recruit, hire, develop, and manage a sales team.Experience in a hunting organization, demonstrating the ability to train, coach and lead a high-activity sales team.High level of prospecting activity to both direct customers and through partner channels, like Oracle, to support aggressive quarterly and yearly growth revenue goals.Self-motivated and holds yourself, and your team, accountable for achieving results.Detail-oriented, agile, a quick learner, and focused on setting and achieving challenging goals.Comfortable working in ambiguity and can switch gears quickly.Our client asked me to submit 3 great people within the next few days.
