Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of event logistics from inception to execution.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure competitive pricing.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote event services and increase sales.
- Track event budgets and ensure financial goals are met while adhering to budgetary constraints.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients and stakeholders.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Proven experience in event planning, sales, or a related field.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.Proficiency in software applications such as MS Office and event management tools.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as events require.Demonstrated ability to negotiate and persuade in a sales context.Benefits
