Role Definition

This position supports the Cat Financial Executive Vice President of Finance & CFO, as well as Treasurer, Controller, and Tax Director.

Responsibilities

  • Answering telephone, taking messages and answering routine questions.
  • Maintaining vacation schedule and master schedule of whereabouts for staff.
  • Maintaining master copies of organizational policy and procedure manuals and keeping them up-to-date.
  • Creating and distributing memos, meeting minutes, and presentations for staff.
  • Facilitating domestic and international travel arrangements; assisting in payments, expense processing, and charge card reconciliation.

  • Microsoft Office : Knowledge of Microsoft Office; ability to use the features and functions in Microsoft Office products.

    This position requires the successful candidate to work full time, five days per week in the Nashville main office.     Salary and Benefits

    Summary Pay Range : $60,084.00 - $96,144.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance, and experience.
