Accounts Payable Clerk - Contract-to-Hire

Are you detail-oriented with a knack for high-volume data entry and invoice processing? If so, we have an excellent opportunity for you! We are seeking a diligent Accounts Payable Clerk to join a collaborative AP team responsible for processing 5,000-6,000 invoices monthly. This position is contract for now, with potential to convert to full-time after an upcoming system conversion.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume data entry of invoices through Titanium, the invoice upload system.
• Review and validate invoices for accuracy, ensuring compliance with company policies and supporting documentation.
• Conduct 2-way and 3-way matching of invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents.
• Route invoices to the Purchasing team for corrections or clarifications as needed.
• Partner closely with AP Specialists to ensure invoices are prepared and ready for processing.
• Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies by collaborating with Purchasing and AP staff.
• Utilize Sage ERP (transitioning to Vista View at the start of the year) for invoice management and processing.
