Associate Marketing Manager Opportunity

Location : Hoboken, NJ

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven Associate Marketing Manager to support the North America Beauty business for a global consumer brand. You'll lead end-to-end demand generation for Vaseline Lip and Simple Skincare across the U.S. and Canadadriving media, social, shopper marketing, and e-commerce strategies.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and execute marketing and media plans for beauty brands, including influencer programs and social-first content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agencies on campaign briefs, content creation, and external partnerships.
  • Support in-store execution and POS activations, including visual asset development and retailer-specific displays.
  • Monitor campaign performance (ROAS, UGC, etc.), gather insights, and report to stakeholders.
  • Manage project timelines, stakeholder communications, and quarterly business reviews.

What You Bring

  • 35 years of experience in social media, digital content, or influencer marketingideally in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle.
  • Strong grasp of Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social trends.
  • Experience working with creative teams, agencies, and content creators.
  • A sharp eye for visual storytelling, reels, textures, and elevated aesthetics.
  • Ability to independently manage workstreams and hold agencies accountable.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Experience in a startup-style or high-growth brand is a plus.

    The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $37.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
