Dental Practice Manager

Overview

Preferred Search Group is partnering with a top-rated private dental office in Plantation to find a Practice Manager. This position will oversee the practice's daily operations, manage and train staff, run payroll, implement business strategies, and ensure financial success and metrics are met.

Base pay range : $55,000.00 / yr - $85,000.00 / yr. This range is provided by Advocacy Wisconsin, LLC. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Office hours are Monday - Thursday 9 : 00 a.m. - 6 : 00 p.m. and Friday 9 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Innovative Revenue Generation : Implement strategies to enhance service offerings, recognize untapped market segments, introduce new revenue streams, and drive growth across all service lines, including phase I and phase II treatment.
• Operational Excellence : Optimize and manage office operations for peak efficiency, ensuring systems, processes, and protocols support a seamless patient journey and ongoing improvement of operations.
• Financial Management : Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning with focus on profitability and cost management; develop strategies to optimize the insurance mix and revenue cycle management.
• Team Leadership and Development : Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team with a culture of professional growth, collaboration, and innovation.
• Patient Experience : Develop and implement initiatives to elevate patient satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy.
