ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2021 and has grown to a strong team of five full-time professionals. I chose to become a State Farm agent because I wanted the flexibility and independence of being my own boss, paired with the opportunity to help others grow — both customers and team members alike.
Giving back to the community is also an important part of who we are — our agency participates in at least one community service project or charitable initiative every quarter. We offer great benefits designed to reward effort and support long-term success, including a 3% retirement match after one year, a health benefits reimbursement account, and a $1,000 signing bonus for new hires.
Our office culture is built on trust, integrity, and a shared commitment to personal and professional growth. We’re looking for team members who are self-motivated, coachable, and take pride in doing the right thing — people who want to be part of a positive, high-energy team that celebrates wins and supports one another every step of the way.
