Key Responsibilities
- Analyze manufacturing costs, production variances, and inventory valuation.
- Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, KPIs, and operational dashboards for management.
- Conduct profitability analysis by product line, customer, and manufacturing process.
- Evaluate capital expenditure requests and perform post-implementation reviews.
- Identify cost reduction opportunities and efficiency improvements within manufacturing operations.
- Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
Recommended Qualifications
Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and inventory valuation in a manufacturing environment.Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis.Ability to analyze production data, identify cost drivers, and contribute to operational efficiency improvements.Excellent analytical and communication skills to present financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.Bonus Qualifications
