Client Service Role

This is, first and foremost, a client service role. Our clients value that every member of our team is kind, attentive, and genuinely cares about helping them and their pets. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential, along with comfort using technology and learning new systems. Previous experience in a veterinary practice is a strong plus.

In addition to front-line client communication by phone, email, and text, you'll contribute to other key areas of the practice, such as :

• Researching medical questions and treatment information for our doctors
• Preparing and shipping medications to patients
• Maintaining accurate and organized medical records
• Assisting veterinarians during house call appointments as needed

While prior veterinary experience is preferred, we're happy to train the right candidate who brings enthusiasm, professionalism, and a passion for helping animals and their people.

The schedule is mainly Monday through Friday, but we do ask for some flexibility to fill in on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) when needed to support the team.

We're a well-established, busy veterinary practice providing high-quality, compassionate in-home veterinary care throughout Boston and MetroWest. Our services range from wellness visits and preventive care to full diagnostic workups (including bloodwork and ultrasound) and hospice and end-of-life care.
