RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTING CLERK :

The Accounting Clerk will check and approve all vouchers for payment.

The Accounting Clerk will assist with vendor inquiries.

Assist with accounts receivable and special projects, as necessary.

Maintain AR aging report

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE ACCOUNTING CLERK :

3 years of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable background

Attention to detail

Associates degree preferred but not required
