Job Setting : Hospital‐based, 13 OR rooms

Types of Cases : General Anesthesia with OB (includes TOLAC), healthy peds, Conscious Sedation Minimum Requirements

Board Certified

Licensure : Active Iowa license required or active IMLC with LOQ in hand
