Location : Lacey, WA | Full-Time

Salary : $160K–$200K+ (higher for senior-level)

Key Responsibilities

• Work on 2–4 commercial projects at a time — casinos, resorts, entertainment complexes, and restaurants.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Support or lead project scheduling, budgets, and contracts.
• Travel to project sites nationwide (20–30%) while based at our Lacey, WA headquarters.
• Learn directly from senior managers (for early-career candidates) or step straight into project leadership (for experienced candidates).
