About This Role

The Brand Director will develop and execute marketing strategies that inspire consumers and professionals, grow household penetration, shorten purchase frequency, and increase units per household. By leading an integrated team and collaborating across functions, the Brand Director will build data-driven marketing programs that create habit change in fire safety and deliver measurable growth for the Kidde brand.

Leadership & Strategy

• Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and results-oriented culture.
• Define and execute homeowner / consumer and professional / contractor marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Translate marketing strategies into actionable plans, budgets, and growth assumptions integrated into LRP, AOP, and A&P budgets.
• Serve as the brand steward, ensuring all marketing content meets brand guidelines and elevates Kidde's identity globally.

What You Will Gain

The base salary range for this role is $177,650.00 $209,000.00. Individuals may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus based on both individual and company's performance. The final compensation for this position will be set based on the individual's knowledge, skills, and experience as it relates to the job requirements.
