Benefits Coordinator
Addison Group is working with a respected national organization to identify a Benefits Coordinator to join their team on a contract to hire basis!
Key Responsibilities :
- Provides HR and customer service support to internal and external customers.
- Manages FMLA / ADA claims, benefits administration, payroll updates, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinates hiring processes, including offer letters, background checks, onboarding materials, and new hire orientations.
- Handles wage / employment verifications, unemployment claims, ACA notifications, and related documentation.
- Maintains accurate and organized HR and benefits records in compliance with retention policies.
- Assists in developing and delivering training to managers on HR policies and benefit programs.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve HR-related inquiries and issues promptly.
- Manages multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising accuracy.
- Communicates policies, procedures, and benefits information to managers and employees effectively.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)1-2+ years of experience in a benefits roleProven ability to analyze data, manage multiple projects, and handle sensitive information confidentiallyProficiency in Microsoft Office and benefits administration platformsStrong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present clearly and conciselyCollaborative leadership style with the ability to influence and mentor othersAdditional Details :
