Okta Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior Okta Engineer to lead the design, deployment, and optimization of identity and access management infrastructure using Okta.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and implement Okta solutions including SSO, MFA, and Lifecycle Management

Administer and maintain Okta tenant configurations, policies, and integrations

Develop automated provisioning and deprovisioning workflows using Okta Workflows, SCIM, and APIs

Required Qualifications

5+ years of IAM experience, with 3+ years focused on Okta

Expertise in Okta Universal Directory, SSO, MFA, and Lifecycle Management

Strong knowledge of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC)

Experience with scripting (Python, PowerShell, etc.) for automation

Familiarity with SCIM, REST APIs, and Okta Workflows
