Schedule : FT, M-F, 8a-5p

Salary : $33.16 / hr

Responsibilities :

• Install, configure, administer and maintain telephony hardware and Cisco UCM and Cisco UCCX clusters
• Monitor ticket queue and work on incidents and services requests as they come in
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address network and infrastructure-related issues promptly and effectively
• Develop appropriate documentation / procedures that ensure internal standards are met and that other information technology staff can support the systems
• Other duties as assigned

Working hours : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Skills :

Certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Collaboration or Microsoft Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer are a plus

Education : Associate

Experience : 4-7 years

Qualifications :

• Associates degree
• Must have in-depth knowledge of Cisco Unified Call Manager, UCCX, PRI, and SIP
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
