Description Accessible Space, Inc. a national non-profit provider of affordable, accessible housing is hiring a Full-Time Assistant Regional Property Manager at our administrative office in St Paul, MN. This very administrative position supports and assists the Regional Housing Manager with their housing portfolio.

Duties of the Assistant Regional Property Manager :

• Maintain appropriate records on ASI residents according to U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)
• Resident rent collection
• Processing / submitting required HUD paperwork
• Monthly reports as requested
• Market ASI properties to appropriate partners, agencies, and communities
• Collaborate with other ASI staff on matters related to resident lease issues
• Occasional light travel to assigned properties
