Job descriptionOversee the financial, operational, and resident satisfaction performance across the property portfolio. Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement sales, financial, marketing, and service strategies. Ensure accurate and timely financial budgeting, analysis, and reporting. Hire, develop, and manage site personnel to ensure high-performing teams. Set performance metrics for both teams and properties to drive success. Establish and enforce policies and procedures, with clear communication and consistent follow-up. Negotiate and manage third-party vendor contracts to ensure the best value and service. Manage the growth of the property management division, including future acquisitions. Conduct regular property inspections to maintain market-ready conditions. Ensure adherence to all policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance, including Fair Housing and OSHA laws. Continuously improve property management systems, processes, and procedures to uphold high standards. Work with executive leadership to enhance profitability and operational efficiency of the property portfolio. Experienced Leaders : You bring 5+ years of strategic property management experience and a proven track record of driving team performance and success. Goal-Oriented : You’re motivated to set and achieve both short- and long-term goals, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence. Detail-Oriented & Organized : Your attention to detail and organizational skills are second to none, ensuring smooth operations and accuracy in financial reporting. About the Role Regional Property Manager
We’re seeking an experienced, motivated, and strategic Regional Property Manager to lead and oversee property functions within our growing portfolio. This role will involve both independent decision-making and collaboration with company executives to drive both short- and long-term goals.
