Job Description :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistic Operation Assistant to support our logistics operations. This role involves coordinating transportation, managing documentation, and providing excellent customer service to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate import logistics including container drayage, warehouse operations, trailer / truck arrangements, and delivery scheduling.Communicate with customers via email regarding shipment tracking, delivery updates, and general inquiries.Prepare invoices and request vendor payments through the accounting department.Create and manage monthly reports including sales, cost, and profit data for internal review and analysis.Qualifications :
Prior experience in logistics or supply chain operations preferredStrong communication skills in English. Knowledge of Japanese is beneficial but not required.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting toolsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsSaraly : $20 / Hour
