Requirements :
- Valid MA CNA / HHA License / Certificate
- Valid Driver’s License
- Proof of Auto Insurance and Access to a Reliable Car
- Physical exam within the past 12 months
- PPD within the past 24 months (OR chest x-ray within the past 5 years)
- Full Covid-19 Vaccination
