In this role, you will be part of a team with project advisors, technical experts, and system specialists from cross-functional organizations leading major initiatives, projects, and operations activities in the area of SCE's Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS). You will also participate in cross-functional teams working on PSPS related projects and improvement initiatives. As a Business Transformation and Readiness Advisor, your work will help power our planet, reduce carbon emissions, and create cleaner air for everyone. Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to provide support for key decisions and to secure buy-in for fit-to-standard and custom solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of business operations software and systems.
• Lead implementation workshops and other forums to gather, synthesize, and validate information.
• Conduct thorough evaluations during the implementation phase to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Challenge the status quo, drive transformational change, and recommend practical solutions.
• Analyze and synthesize data and process flows, incorporating best practices to support the implementation strategy.
• Design and document future state business processes and requirements.
• Collaborate with technical team experts to enhance processes.
• Build relationships and interact with peers, managers, system integration partners, and all levels of leadership.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations.
