Job Title : Accounts Receivable

Duration : Contract to possibility of hire

Location : Westmont Illinois 60559

Pay Range : $21.00- $22.00 hourly on W2

JOB DESCRIPTION

Shift : M-F, 8am-5pm

Hybrid, Monday and Tuesday in office, Wed-Fri at home. Training will be done in office (roughly 2 weeks).

Job Description :

Process various types of accounts receivable transactions.

Process daily AR for multiple sites insuring all deadlines are met in a high volume environment.

Ensure that each transaction processed has appropriate approval prior to processing.

Assist accountants and controllers with A / R issues or problems as they arise.

Understand and comply with all A / R policies and procedures.

Assist in training of new A / R employees as needed.

Skills :

Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed.

Knowledge of federal, state, and company policies, procedures and regulations as related to accounting.

Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and any other related accounting software.

Education / Experience :

High school diploma or GED required. Associate's degree in accounting or related financial discipline preferred.

0-2 years financial and / or accounting experience required. "

• Manage over 4000 properties and 30000 tenants, EOM is their busiest time
• Yardi, MRI, and MS Office is the database they work out of
• In this job, the candidate will have AP1 with client systems that they will have to be responsible to work on
