Sales and Profit : Responsible for bi-weekly inventory Effectively identifies problems. Communicates areas of opportunity to General Manager Pro-actively address food and labor opportunities.
Strategy : Delegates and follows up effectively. Prioritizes task effectively Takes accountability for problems General and Safety : 1.
Use safety belt and safety shoes at all times. 2. Use hand truck to move or lift anything over 15 lbs. 3. Must perform physical activities in a variety of environmental conditions that require moderate strength including climbing, lifting, balancing, walking and handling of materials.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time. 4. The position requires lifting of 25 lbs. anything over 25 lbs. assistance will be given to you.
5. Use Safety gloves every time you use a knife. 6. Sound knowledge of hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen, and the discipline to uphold those standards.
7. Watch for wet floors and spillage, put signs and dry immediately. 8. CLEAN AS YOU GO! Watch for food, debris and objects on the floor.
9. The position requires the employee to be able to communicate in English, to be friendly and courteous. 10. Our Guests always come first! Physical Requirements : 1.
