$150,000 Sign-On Bonus | Balanced Schedule | Midwest Community Living
Practice Highlights :
- Competitive $400,000 base salary with additional earning potential through a wRVU productivity model
- $150,000 sign-on bonus + relocation assistance
- Manageable 1 : 6 call schedule with $1,500 / day call pay
- Structured schedule : 1 OR day + 3 clinic days per week
- Comprehensive onsite services, including ultrasounds, NST, and a full-service lab
- Strong, collaborative team with experienced mid-levels, midwives, and doulas for support
