We're looking for an Operations Lead to safeguard and strengthen the foundations that empower us to scale. As Operations Lead, you will own the operations of the business across multiple dimensions including Strategy, Finance, HR, Compliance, and General Operations. You will manage a team of two direct reports initially, with potential for team growth as the company scales. We're looking for someone who is driven, a strategic thinker who can take ownership of our operations whilst executing swiftly on the ground at the same time. Someone that thrives in a continuously changing SaaS environment, brings both structure and adaptability, and is motivated by building scalable foundations for long-term success.

The role includes, but is not limited to :

Strategy

• Lead annual strategic reviews, translating goals into rolling OKRs and roadmaps.
• Manage cross-departmental alignment so business units are moving cohesively.
• Drive investor updates, scalability planning, and performance tracking.
