About Central Fill Pharmacy : The Central Fill Pharmacy team operates at the heart of automation and efficiency, processing prescriptions for multiple retail locations. Our purpose is to enable retail pharmacies to focus on patient care by handling backend operations. As an Area Coach, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing processes and ensuring the seamless operation of our pharmacy services.

Shift - 1st Hours - 6am - 6pm / 4 days x 10 Hours Days - Sunday - Saturday Coverage

The annual salary range for this position is $64,000.00-$96,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications

Option 1 : 1 year's experience as a Walmart supervisor. Option 2 : 2 years' external leadership experience leading a team of five or more supervisors and / or employees. As permitted by applicable law, provide evidence of full vaccination as defined by CDC guidelines OR secure approval of medical or religious accommodation for the vaccination mandate. To complete a Board-approved program or Pharmacy Technician University program. Must become a registered pharmacy technician in state of practice within one year of job entry.

Leadership experience that includes performance management responsibilities Bachelors : Business Administration
