Key Responsibilities
Perform full life cycle recruitment for assigned vacancies
Build relationships with top talent and establish a candidate pipeline
Partner with leadership to design recruitment strategies for technical positions
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5-7 years of recruiting experience in the Federal contracting industry
Proven success in recruiting cleared technical candidates in a government consulting environment
Thorough understanding of compliance and compensation requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Experience with sourcing, qualifying, and vetting candidates
