Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the evaluation and maintenance of learning courses and materials
Conduct needs analyses and design various technical learning solutions
Establish measures to evaluate training effectiveness and lead continuous improvement efforts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Minimum of eight years of experience in educational design / development and training
Strong knowledge of learning design and instructional methods
Understanding of the insurance industry and its operations
Experience with content development tools and multimedia content creation preferred
