The Director HR Business Partner is responsible for the HR strategy and execution of a large client group across EssilorLuxottica North America. Leads the HR strategic plan development, organizational design, culture & diversity, employee productivity, recruitment / selection, employee development, compensation & benefits, HR systems, and regulatory requirements. Develops and maintains strong internal and external relationships. Identifies new possibilities to take the business forward and create competitive advantage.

Pay Range : 172,606.80-240,071.60
Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
