Job Description

Job Title : Production Associate

Location : Cleveland, OH - West

Pay Rate : $16-$19 per hour

This position involves a variety of tasks to support daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are team players who can follow instructions and work efficiently to complete assigned duties.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, moving, and stacking materials.
Operate tools and equipment as needed.
Assist with the setup, maintenance, and cleaning of work areas.
Follow safety guidelines and ensure a safe working environment.
Support team members and supervisors with additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Previous production / warehousing or related experience is preferred but not required.

Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment.

Schedule :

Full-time hours with potential for overtime depending on workload.
