In this position, you will co-lead the Coordinated Care Clinic and Correctional Care program. Leadership of these programs will provide you with a unique and rewarding opportunity to care for patients with significant social drivers of health. This role will partner with law enforcement, courts, and community agencies to improve care delivery and community outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as Correctional Medical Director, overseeing inmate medical and mental health care, supporting jail operations, and leading clinical protocols and community engagement.
- Provide compassionate care to patients in our Coordinated Clinic, practicing on a team of dedicated professionals with diverse backgrounds.
- Co-lead the Chronic Controlled Substance Monitoring Program, shaping system- and community-wide chronic opioid management and prescribing practices, while leading and participating in key committees.
- Lead and partner with CentraCare leaders to drive strategic initiatives, support and mentor providers, and foster a high-performing, collaborative culture.
Must be BE / BC in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Experience working within Addiction Medicine required. Must be able to obtain a MN License.
Pay and Benefits
