Key Responsibilities
Obtain and verify complete insurance information and manage prior authorization processes
Serve as the main contact for physicians' offices and coordinate referrals during the insurance verification process
Document insurance eligibility, financial responsibilities, and facilitate communication with patients and insurance companies
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of experience in medical billing, insurance verification, or call center roles
Previous experience in a lead role managing cross-functional teams
Familiarity with payors and prior authorization requirements
